Information we collect

When you request a free estimate, you give us:

• Your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address
• The property address for the estimate
• Your project details (service, size, finish choices, notes, preferred day and time)

Our employees who sign in to the staff area also generate time-clock records (clock in and out times and which device type, app or web, was used).

How we use it

We use your information only to schedule and carry out the free on-site estimate you requested, to contact you about it, and to run our business (for example, scheduling and payroll for our team). We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The app and website use no third-party advertising or analytics tools.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Your request is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our database hosted by Supabase. Only Buildlux owners and managers can view customer appointments. Other employees can see only their own time-clock records. The app also keeps a copy of your own bookings on your device.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep appointment records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@buildlux.co.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
